Recipe development:
Andre Prost has just updated and renovated the test kitchen and there is always something cooking! All of our recipes are perfected in house and tested on willing employees. Our recipes are tested and re-tested so we are able to answer questions you may have about a procedure or an ingredient.

Customer Service:
We put an 800 number on all U.S. product packages. We have a distinction of providing human customer service from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time. You won’t talk to a machine during business hours. And we answer phone messages, left after hours, on the next business day (1.800.243.0897). We can also be reached by email, go to our Feedback Form and we will reply to your inquiries on the next business day.

Cooking Videos:
We are constantly expanding our library of cooking videos. With step by step instructions you can watch and then prepare delicious dishes in your own kitchen.

Recipe Clubs:
New recipes from A Taste of Thai, Odense, and Notta Pasta are developed each month and emailed to our subscribers. You can share the recipes with friends or keep them to yourselves, but either way, we’ll help you expand your culinary repertoire.
